Reception at the Juan Santamaria International Airport and transfer to Bajos del Toro.
Discover one of Costa Rica's hidden gems, tucked in a valley between extinct volcanoes. There, you will experience the richness of life in the forests and trails of Bajos del Toro. The typically humid and rainy weather makes for a relaxing atmosphere of soft fog and cloudy skies, providing a deep connection with nature. Dinner in the forest.

DAY 2: BAJOS DEL TORO
Breakfast at the hotel.
This day while walking through the forest, give yourself some time to meditate and experience from a different and holistic perspective of what the cloud forest offers you. The Eco-Concierge will guide you in the visit to the hummingbird garden and along the path of the 4 elements, which invite you to embrace the elements of nature-focused on consciousness, happiness, and your higher purpose.
Finally, you will leave your legacy while planting a tree that will undoubtedly contribute to carbon offsetting and will help attract beautiful birds like the Quetzal bird.

DAY 3: BAJOS DEL TORO - ARENAL VOLCANO (2 HRS.APPROX.)

This morning you will travel to the Arenal Volcano in the Northern Plains region. Majestic in its grand stature, the volcano is one of the country’s natural wonders. While the volcano is quiet these days and there are no lava eruptions, you can still see clouds of smoke or ash emanating from the top of the cinder cone. As well, you can enjoy the plentiful hot springs in the area. Along your journey to the town of La Fortuna, at the base of the volcano, you will see agricultural plantations, large ornamental plant nurseries, and cattle farms.

DAY 4: ARENAL VOLCANO

You will hike trails in the Arenal Volcano National Park through varying terrain of primary rainforest and old lava flows in the morning. There is a possibility to see wildlife, along with a great variety of vegetation in this area.

DAY 5: ARENAL VOLCANO - CELESTE RIVER (1.5 HRS. APPROX.)

Today you will visit the enchanting Rio Celeste, whose mysterious and enchanting chemical phenomenon that transforms the water of two rivers into a blue stream makes it a popular attraction in the Tenorio Volcano National Park. In addition, you will visit the spectacular Rio Celeste Waterfall whose color makes it unique. As you walk the trails, you may see some resident animals passing through the woods. Finally, your reward will be an exquisite traditional lunch. Once the tour is over, transfer to your Hotel in Bijagua.

DAY 6: CELESTE RIVER - NOSARA (4 HRS. APPROX.)

You will travel today to the Pacific coast in Costa Rica’s southern Guanacaste region.
The town of Nosara and its beaches are famous with tourists and locals for surfing and yoga. For decades, Nosara has been protected by the national park system to ensure that its unique dry tropical forest and stunning beaches remain intact. Nosara has three beaches: Playa Guiones, Playa Nosara, and Playa Pelada; The sunsets here are truly breathtaking.

DAY 7: NOSARA

This day awaits you with a fun and exciting experience. At the agreed time and according to the tides you will take a surf class with your experienced guide; You will learn the principles of this sport while dancing with the sea!
Once the activity is over you can enjoy the sea, the sun and the beach.

DAY 8: NOSARA

Today we will take an ATV tour to the Pilas Blancas Waterfall, venture through the jungle, rivers and mountains of Nosara. Experience the incredible sights during the journey, along with monkeys and other exotic wildlife. Learn how to make pressed cane sugar juice and enjoy it with some fresh fruit. Swim in the natural waterfall or just relax enjoying the nature that surrounds you.
In the afternoon you can enjoy the beautiful beaches.

DAY 9: NOSARA - SAN JOSE (4.5 HRS. APPROX.)

Depart in the morning for San Jose to stay your last night, with a grand finale to your beautiful and unforgettable honeymoon.
The capital city of San Jose, considered to be one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Latin America, is located in the middle of the Central Valley in the center of the country. The city features popular tourist attractions, such as historical buildings, museums, theaters, artisan markets, beautiful parks, shopping centers, and a varied gastronomic scene. Tonight, you will enjoy a romantic dinner at your hotel.

DAY 10: SAN JOSE

Today you depart to the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose. Please note that you should be at the airport at least three hours before your flight departs.

Recommendations:
- Passport with no less than 6 months of validity
- Travel alarm clock (some hotels have them, others do not; so, it's a good idea to bring one)

- Shirts: cotton or light synthetic, long and short sleeves
- Pants: lightweight cotton or synthetic pants. Bring at least 2 sets of clothes that dry quickly (jeans are not recommended; too slow to dry)
